Constar\u00e0 de diversos entrenaments inspirats en patrons de despla\u00e7ament h\u00edbrids entre la Capoeira, la Dansa Contempor\u00e0nia i el Teatre F\u00edsic. Combinar\u00e0 el treball de mobilitat amb el de for\u00e7a,<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">coordinaci\u00f3, flexibilitat i velocitat. Verticals, acrob\u00e0cies de s\u00f2l, moviment animal, projeccions, acrob\u00e0cies de Capoeira&#8230; seran alguns dels recursos que utilitzarem.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Cada exercici s&#8217;adapta a les necessitats espec\u00edfiques de cada participant. L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s que cada una treballe amb els seus propis l\u00edmits i ens el passem b\u00e9 entrenant juntes, sense fer-nos mal.
